You know how to collaborate and work in a team.    You  * Are known for your resourcefulness  * Are a highly motivated, goal-oriented individual  * Proud of your strong work ethic and are skilled at prioritizing and managing expectations  * Have strong technical skills, known for your attention to detail and take pride in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures    You will  * Perform the full cycle Income Producing Property (IPP) accounting of assigned properties  * Responsible for maintaining all financial records for properties within your portfolio, including:  * Posting monthly journal entries  * Prepare monthly working paper files, including bank and balance sheet reconciliations  * Analyze the balance sheet to ensure the financial position of the property is accurately reflected  * Ensuring that financial information prepared is timely and relevant for effective decision making  * Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for internal and external stakeholders as required  * Review AP and AR for the assigned portfolio of properties  * Liaise with property, leasing and asset management teams to obtain required information required for partner reporting  * Prepare annual financials for lender review  * Prepare year end working papers and liaise with auditors  * Year-end recoveries calculation for your assigned properties   * Assist with property acquisition/disposition, including preparing Statement of Adjustments   * Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required    Cash Management  * Monitor cash to ensure properties have sufficient funds to satisfy monthly obligations    Budgets  * Prepare annual property budgets using Yardi    You have  * A Bachelor of Business/Commerce, with a Major in Accounting, or financial management certificate  * 3 years of experience (5 years for Senior) in Property Management Accounting  * Enrollment in CPA program is required (Senior), designated CPA is an asset (Senior)  * Experience with complicated CAM recovery calculations and ability to setup appropriately within Yardi   * A proven ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment  * A willingness to learn, great time management skills, a high degree of energy, work ethic and are detail oriented  * Strong computer skills with competency in Excel, Word and Yardi Voyager  * Strong interpersonal, oral and written communications skills with an ability to communicate effectively within a team environment    We have  * Great, diverse, authentic people!  * Unlimited career growth opportunities  * Mentorship from the ‘best in the biz’  * A Corporate Giving Strategy supporting community development  * Annual salary reviews and performance bonuses  * 100% employer paid Benefit Plan with Healthcare Spending Account and Employee Assistance Program  * An Educational Assistance Program  * ‘Dress for your day’ policy… and more!    Salary range  $70,000 – 100,000 per year estimated, based on experience and qualifications    Founded in 1991, Anthem is a team of 850+ people driven by creativity, passion and direct communication.
