Service: Mirrai.Career (the “Service”) — an online service that creates a personal AI-driven career plan (the “Report”) based on your questionnaire responses and our desk research. Delivery is via a Google Doc link.
By purchasing or using Mirrai.Career, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We produce a personalised Report that may include: a map of tensions, main tension, hidden superpower, market research for the desired role, skills gap, recommended courses/books, and multi-year strategies.
You pay per Report. The price is the one shown at checkout at the moment of purchase (applicable taxes are displayed at checkout).
A binding contract is formed when you successfully pay through our payment provider. You expressly ask us to start performance immediately upon payment and acknowledge that starting performance before the end of any statutory cooling-off period may waive your right to cancel where the law permits such a waiver for digital content/services.
We deliver the Report within 2 (two) business days after payment. Delivery is deemed complete when we send the Google Doc link to your email or another contact method you provided at checkout.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded in your jurisdiction. For UK/EU consumers, services must be provided with reasonable care and skill, which cannot be disclaimed.
No account required. You can purchase and receive the Report without creating an account.
Your contact details. You are responsible for providing a correct, accessible email (and any other contact method you opt to use). Delivery is complete once we send the link to the contact you supplied (see 1.4).
Age. You must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live).
Provider. Payments are processed by Stripe; by paying you also accept Stripe’s terms. We do not store full card details.
Taxes & receipts. Taxes (incl. VAT where applicable) are shown at checkout. Receipts are issued electronically via Stripe.
Price changes. We may change prices prospectively; changes do not affect completed purchases.
Accuracy of inputs. The quality and usefulness of the Report depend on the accuracy and completeness of your questionnaire responses. You warrant that your inputs are lawful and do not infringe third-party rights.
Personal, non-commercial use. The Report is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell or publicly distribute it without our written consent.
AI use policies. We use Google Gemini via API. Your use must comply with Google Cloud/Gemini Acceptable Use Policy; do not attempt to elicit disallowed content. We may refuse or suspend service for violations.
No emergencies. The Service is not for emergency or high-risk situations.
The Report is informational and not medical, legal, financial, psychotherapy, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for your decisions; consult qualified professionals as needed. (This mirrors the existing MirrAi Coach posture.)
Outcomes vary. We do not guarantee any specific results. The Service is an evolving MVP and may change or experience downtime.
MirrAi IP. All rights in the website/service/brand remain with MirrAi or its licensors.
Your inputs & the Report. You retain rights to your inputs (questionnaire/materials you provide) and to the Report we generate for you. We will not publish unique user materials without your consent.
Licence to operate & improve. You grant us a revocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process your inputs and the Report only to: (i) provide the Service (including transmission to cloud/AI vendors), and (ii) improve the Service internally using aggregated/anonymous analysis. We will not publish your content externally without your consent.
Restrictions. You must not copy/redistribute MirrAi IP except as permitted here or with our written permission.
We may suspend or discontinue the Service for violations or operational reasons. If we discontinue and cannot fulfil prepaid Reports, we will issue pro-rata refunds for undelivered orders.
The Service and AI-generated content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading; you use them at your own risk. However, we do not exclude or limit any mandatory consumer protections (e.g., the UK requirement to perform services with reasonable care and skill) or liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability per Report is capped at the amount you paid for that specific Report. We are not liable for indirect/special/consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other non-excludable liabilities.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence and you retain any mandatory rights under local law.
We rely on third parties including, without limitation: Stripe (payments), Tally.so (questionnaires), Google Cloud/Gemini (AI), Google Docs (delivery), and infrastructure providers (e.g., Cloudflare, Supabase). We do not guarantee third-party performance.
We may update these Terms; the “Last Updated” date reflects the effective date. Continuing to use the Service after updates means you accept the changes.
