Requirements:  * 3+ years of hands-on experience in app user acquisition. * Solid experience with AppsFlyer or another MMP, including app user reporting. * Strong understanding of iOS tracking, including SKAN reporting and handling non-consented users. * Experience with GA4: event setup, custom reports, and troubleshooting. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders. * A proven track record of executing performance marketing strategies that drive revenue growth. * Fluency in written and spoken English. * The ability to adapt quickly and perform well in a fast-paced environment. Nice to have:  * Experience in the gambling or iGaming industry. * Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
