WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Deliver personalized behavior intervention strategies under the guidance of a BCBA Accurately track and document patient behaviors and progress using an iPad Foster strong, positive connections with patients and their families to support meaningful outcomes Partner closely with the BCBA and team to evaluate progress and help adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality Actively contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and team-oriented clinic environment WHAT YOU NEED: Not Required but preferred Associates, Bachelors or Masters degree in any field for entry level BT roles   Full-Time Availability Monday through Friday 7:45am to 4:30pm Passion for working with children with special needs and making a difference in their lives Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and sit on the floor for extended periods.    Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
