Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1. Maintain monthly bookkeeping records for multiple client accounts using QuickBooks Online 2. Ensure all bookkeeping records are current through the previous month 3. Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records 4. Prepare bookkeeping files that are complete and ready for review 5. Manage multiple client accounts while meeting deadlines 6. Follow established bookkeeping procedures and company workflows 7.
