WHAT YOU’LL DO  * Gain a comprehensive understanding of business processes to solve critical problems and ensure analysis efforts are effectively targeted. * Master the art of storytelling by connecting data to a narrative, evolving from step-by-step analytical plans to complex stories that provide actionable advice. * Partner with leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and select metrics that align specifically with business strategy and objectives. * Act as a bridge between the business and technical teams, translating complex requirements into clear requests for data engineering. * Redesign recurring operational issues into scalable, long-term solutions by clarifying stakeholder needs and anticipating future requirements. * Independently separate main issues from secondary noise, ensuring that every analysis remains focused on the core business question. * Manage project stakeholders proactively, identifying necessary collaborators and keeping them informed through structured communication and documentation. WHO YOU ARE * You possess at least 4 years of relevant working experience in an analytical or business-focused environment. * You are an independent and enthusiastic problem-solver who thrives when navigating the ambiguity of stakeholder requests. * You have a proven track record in project management, with the ability to drive initiatives in a structured and accountable manner. * You are highly proficient in writing complex SQL queries and have extensive experience with BI tools, specifically Looker and LookML. * You are a confident communicator, able to influence decision-makers by articulating data-driven recommendations clearly. * You have the technical mindset to identify the best solutions for technical problems while building strong relationships with multicultural teams.
