Tabak Law has grown rapidly to approximately 350 total team members, including around 180 W-2 employees, creating the need for experienced operational leadership to scale systems, teams, and accountability. This role is essential for aligning our operational strategy with our mission to provide comprehensive legal support to those in need. This role requires strong on-site presence in Southeastern Wisconsin, with the Racine/Mount Pleasant area preferred as the primary office location. Your leadership will enhance team collaboration, optimize processes, and support the firm’s ambitious growth trajectory, ensuring our clients continue to receive stellar service.     What you’ll do: * Operational Infrastructure: Build and maintain a robust infrastructure to sustain rapid organizational growth. * Standardization: Standardize workflows and procedures across all locations and departments. * KPI Development: Create and implement effective KPIs to drive accountability and performance. * Process Optimization: Evaluate operational inefficiencies and streamline processes for improved efficiency. * Change Management: Lead initiatives to manage and execute changes effectively, minimizing employee resistance. * Communication Alignment: Improve communication across leadership levels to ensure consistent organizational alignment. * Leader Development: Mentor and develop departmental leaders, establishing clear succession plans. * Multi-Location Oversight: Ensure operational consistency across all firm locations and departments. * Leadership Enablement: Build a self-sufficient operations engine that frees senior leadership from daily operational firefighting and allows them to focus on strategic growth.
