This role includes civil/site design and permitting for land development and linear design projects, along with leadership opportunities based on your strengths—from mentoring to business development to public engagement. Key Responsibilities * Lead project teams across planning, design, permitting, and construction * Define scope, estimate fees, and prepare proposals/contracts * Manage compliance with contract terms, schedules, budgets, and quality * Support mentorship, client engagement, or public presentations as desired * Represent BSC at events, interviews, or conferences (based on interest) What You Bring Required: * PE license in Connecticut  * Experience with civil/site design and permitting * Strong project and team management skills Preferred: * Familiarity with public presentations * Mentoring junior staff * Existing client network in New England Work Style BSC supports remote, hybrid, and flexible work arrangements.
