Client Service Leaders — This Is Not a Traditional Accounting Role. At Cutler Advisors, we don’t just provide accounting and tax services. We deliver a white-glove client experience to business owners and high-net-worth individuals who expect more. We’re hiring a Client Service Manager who sees client relationships as a craft — not a task list. THE OPPORTUNITY This is a high-touch, client-facing leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of service, strategy, and trust. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Serve as the senior relationship lead for a curated portfolio of premier clients * Deliver a concierge-level, white-glove experience * Translate complex accounting and tax concepts into clear, confident communication * Anticipate needs by deeply understanding each client’s business and financial landscape * Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality execution * Oversee onboarding and elevate the client journey from day one * Protect the client experience with urgency, discretion, and professionalism * Partner with leadership to continuously refine and elevate service delivery This role is about ownership, polish, and proactive service. WHO THRIVES HERE You may be a strong fit if you: * Have 7+ years in client service or relationship management within a CPA or professional services firm * Have supported sophisticated or high-net-worth clients * Communicate with executive presence and strong judgment * Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive * Hold confidentiality and ethical standards in the highest regard CPA, MBA, or advanced credentials strongly preferred.
