(G-Code, Mazatrol is a plus) * Knowledge of tooling and different applications to apply. * Ability to do setups required to complete the part, including work holding. * Ability to calculate speeds and feeds for a variety of materials. * Must be able to hold tight tolerances. (+/- .0005) * Proficient at using inspection equipment. (Micrometers, Calipers, etc.) * Ability to read and understand blueprints. * Use blueprints, specifications, job routings, geometric dimensions, and tolerances to plan daily machining. * Great attention to detail with a goal-driven attitude. * Ability to detect and trouble shoot problems by taking measurements, adjusting controls, closely monitoring drilling, and cutting. * Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. * This is a safety sensitive position.
