Job Description: * Will produce consistently high-quality annotations in a variety of ways to help train NLP algorithms. * Will be working closely with data scientists to produce data-sets for model training, bench-marking, and general development Required Qualifications: * Excellent verbal and written comprehension and communication skills with an eye for detail * Great problem-solving skills and strong work ethic * Great reading comprehension and ability to make independent judgement with limited information * Goal-oriented Preferred Qualifications:  * Prior annotation experience * Technical expertise * Prior experience with IT Service Management, virtual agents, or NLP * Experience in dealing with Taxonomies and Ontologies * Linguistic Background
