Leads are responsible for ensuring their team members understand and meet their own objectives. This role requires the ability to manage day-to-day operations, manage employee timecards/scheduling, provide feedback, train employees, conduct and deliver employee reviews and serve as a point of contact between staff and higher management. Leads may also participate in hiring decisions for their team and recommend disciplinary actions when necessary.  Key Responsibilities: * Lead, coach, and mentor direct reports. * Monitor and optimize workflows to enhance operational efficiency. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of Court Support processes. * Develop and implement training programs to improve team performance. * Drive process improvements and suggest new solutions to improve performance metrics. Qualifications: * Proven experience in a leadership role or leadership skills with logistics. * Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment. * Advanced knowledge of Skye, particularly related to Sheriffs/Partners is a plus.  We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
