You will be the trusted point of contact for customer inquiries, order management, and internal coordination, helping to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Customer Support & Relationship Management * Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional support. * Build strong customer relationships and resolve issues to deliver an exceptional experience. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met. Order Management & Administration * Process customer orders accurately through the ERP system. * Manage order updates, confirmations, and communications with customers and stakeholders. * Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Distribution teams to ensure timely order fulfilment. Sales & Finance Support * Provide administrative support to Sales, including reporting and customer activities. * Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.   What you’ll bring: * 2+ years’ experience in a customer service, customer support, sales support, or order management role. * Experience working with ERP systems, Salesforce, or similar business systems. * Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build positive relationships. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. * A proactive mindset with the ability to learn new processes and adapt to changing business needs.
