From bidding to global delivery, we simplify the process of giving a second life to used cars.  We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Dispatch Agent to join our Logistics Team. The primary focus of this position is to coordinate with drivers in the US to ensure timely and efficient transportation of the vehicles across the States. Responsibilities:  * Coordinate with drivers across the US to facilitate prompt and efficient pick-up and delivery schedules.  * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipping details, driver schedules, and customer interactions in the company database. * Effectively communicate with our Customer Support Team, keeping them informed of car shipping status, delays, and any issues that may arise.  * Collaborate with other members of the logistics team to optimize shipping routes and delivery schedules.  * Manage emergency situations related to car shipping, coordinating with drivers and customers to find satisfactory solutions.  * Assist with inquiries about car shipping processes, policies, and pricing    Requirements:  * Strong proficiency in English; knowledge of Russian is preferred but not required.  * Prior experience in a freight forwarding, logistics, or customer service is advantageous.  * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle stressful situations.  * Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.  * Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.  * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
