Job Summary: Bell Brothers is seeking a skilled Residential Electrical Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing electrical systems and components in residential settings. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. Work Schedule: Sunday-Thursday Key Responsibilities: * Perform electrical service calls, including troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues in residential homes. * Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures. * Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes. * Provide exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with clients regarding their electrical needs and solutions. * Conduct inspections and assessments of electrical systems to identify potential issues and ensure safety. * Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job. * Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient job completion. * Stay up-to-date with industry standards, trends, and safety practices. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; * Residential Electrical Certification Required * Valid electrical license or certification as required by state regulations. * Proven experience as an electrical technician or electrician, preferably in residential services. * Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and safety protocols. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively. * Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. * Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Physical Requirements: * Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various physical conditions. * Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights as required. * Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
