Ideals Virtual Data Room (VDR): Secure document sharing and collaboration for due diligence, fundraising, corporate reporting, licensing, clinical trials, and other complex transactions.   THE ROLE We're growing our engineering organization to keep pace with Ideals' scale-up trajectory, and we're hiring an Engineering Manager in Ukraine to lead two cross-functional teams, 11 engineers in total. This is a fully remote role on a sharp, experienced team, where you'll set technical direction and grow engineering excellence that shapes the platform experience for millions of users worldwide. You'll lead delivery, optimize team performance, and build a culture of ownership, quality, and collaboration. As we scale globally, your decisions on process, capacity, and talent will directly shape how fast and how well we grow.
