With colleagues from over 70 nationalities, we combine diverse perspectives with a shared ambition to learn, grow, and create lasting impact, together.  Ready to awaken your best with us?  WHAT YOU'LL DO: * Review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in IFRS according to internal and external reporting requirements * Provide insightful, consistent, and actionable analysis/reporting on sales & margins, operations, inventories, liquidity, and R&D projects across the country for Management decision making * Interface function between Accounting data and our e-commerce platform data * Support in the preparation and development of the reporting to our investors * Organization and implementation of the yearly budget planning * Analyse the status and variances to Company’s Accounting and data improvement projects, develop and follow-up on countermeasures, corrective actions etc. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: * Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Finance / Accounting * 3 years of experience as a financial controller, auditor or accountant * Working knowledge of accounting and controlling aspects * Proven Ms Excel skills, MsDynamics is a plus * Ability to quickly build credibility and trust with all levels in an organization * Hands-on mentality, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and pragmatism * Excellent communication skills in English WHAT WE OFFER: * A combination of personal and company growth to accelerate your career and help you reach your goals. * The chance to work on exciting and challenging projects either independently or as part of a dedicated, international team. * Wellbeing activities * Hybrid home office policy * Flexible schedules * Pet-friendly office * Monthly salary + pantry & restaurant vouchers * Benefits higher than the law BECOME AN EMMIE  We are on a mission to become No.1 in the world of sleep, and we’re looking for driven, ambitious people to help us shape what’s next.
