Job Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from Pakistan with strong expertise in end-to-end accounting, financial management, and advanced proficiency in QuickBooks. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven leadership experience and the ability to manage financial integrity across all business functions. Key Responsibilities * Oversee full-cycle accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger * Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports * Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards * Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning * Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors * Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls * Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making * Supervise and mentor finance/accounting team members * Optimize accounting processes using QuickBooks and other financial systems Requirements * Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory * Based in Pakistan * Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance * At least 2 years of leadership or managerial experience * Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks (required) * Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and auditing * Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills * Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications * Experience working with international clients or remote teams * Exposure to multi-entity or multi-currency accounting * Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills * Experience in process improvement or system implementation Anywhere Talent is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
