GHJ Search & Staffing is partnering with a growing apparel manufacturing and private label company with approximately $100M in annual revenue that is seeking a Financial Controller to join its leadership team. This is a highly visible role reporting directly to the CFO and overseeing the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, cost accounting, inventory accounting, audit support, and cash flow management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead month-end and year-end close * Manage AP, AR, GL, payroll, and financial reporting * Oversee cost accounting, inventory, WIP, and inventory-in-transit * Manage factoring relationships and A/R financing * Lead audits and ensure GAAP compliance * Partner with Production, Sourcing, Logistics, and Executive Leadership * Manage and develop the accounting team  IDEAL BACKGROUND: * Prior Controller experience * Apparel manufacturing, wholesale, private label, or import production experience * Strong cost accounting and inventory accounting knowledge * QuickBooks Online expertise * Advanced Excel skills * Experience in high-volume transaction environments * Factoring and financing experience is a plus    This company is looking for a hands-on leader who understands the operational and financial complexities of overseas production, inventory management, and large retail customer relationships.
