THE ROLE We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse (Registered Nurse) to join our team. This role will report into the Director of Nursing in Florida. This is a hourly opportunity based in Miami, FL. As a Private Duty Registered Nurse, you will provide essential care to children with complex medical needs in the comfort of their own homes.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Administer medications and manage treatments as prescribed by physicians. * Perform skilled nursing tasks such as managing feeding tubes and monitoring respiratory conditions. * Assess patients' health status and report changes in their condition. * Implement individualized care plans. * Educate and support families in providing daily care for their children. * Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. THE REQUIREMENTS: * Must be a registered nurse in the state of Florida * At least 1 year of pediatric nursing experience, home health experience preferred * Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation throughout Miami-Dade County * Strong communication and documentation skills * Bilingual in Spanish preferred OUR VALUES 1.
