A-Line is seeking an experienced Mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet, trailers, heavy equipment, and industrial processing machinery. This is a hands-on role for someone who can diagnose problems, perform repairs independently, and keep equipment operating safely and efficiently. What You'll Do * Repair and maintain heavy equipment, trailers, trucks, and industrial machinery * Diagnose hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems * Perform preventative maintenance and inspections * Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime * Complete welding and fabrication repairs as needed * Maintain service records and parts inventory * Support facility and equipment maintenance projects What We're Looking For * 3+ years of mechanic experience in heavy equipment, diesel, industrial maintenance, agriculture, manufacturing, trucking, construction, or similar industries * Experience diagnosing hydraulic and electrical systems * Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot equipment failures * Welding and fabrication experience preferred * Valid driver's license required * CDL Class A or ability to obtain preferred * Must provide own hand tools Why A-Line? * Medical, Dental, Vision - as low as $15 per week * Company paid life insurance * Company matching 401k * Stable, growing company with a strong safety culture Apply today if you have experience working on heavy equipment, industrial machinery, diesel equipment, farm equipment, trailers, or manufacturing equipment and are looking for a long-term career opportunity.
