KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Be a visible, hands-on leader, actively supporting the team during service. * Lead, mentor, and develop a motivated F&B team across restaurants, bars, and events. * Ensure smooth daily operations, guest satisfaction, and service excellence. * Collaborate closely with kitchen, front-of-house, and events teams to guarantee seamless coordination. * Drive sales, monitor performance, and implement strategies to maximise revenue. * Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, inventory, and cost control. * Maintain and elevate standards that reflect the hotel’s brand, quality, and identity.
