Since 2019, Belltower has supported 27k+ funds representing over $25B in assets under administration, leveraging AngelList’s fund admin software to power the service layer for funds launched on the AngelList platform.  ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a detail-oriented Fund Migrations Associate to join our FAST (Fund Accounting Service Team). This role is ideal for someone early in their accounting career who is interested in building experience in investment fund accounting and financial operations. The Fund Migrations Associate is a critical member of the team responsible for overseeing the onboarding and migration of funds to the AngelList platform.  This team member will work on the transition of funds from incumbent administrators, including data validation, operational setup, and post-conversion stabilization. The FundMigrations Associate will report to a Fund Migrations Manager.  This role is well-suited for candidates who are highly organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a structured, deadline-driven environment. YOU WILL: * Execute end-to-end fund migrations and the transition of non-registered funds from incumbent administrators to the AngelList platform. * Serve as a key team member for multiple concurrent migration engagements, following project plans, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely, successful implementation. * Review and validate migrated data including investor capital accounts, general ledger balances, investment portfolios, commitments, capital activity, waterfall calculations, and historical financial information to ensure accuracy and completeness. * Drive exceptional client outcomes by ensuring migrations are completed on schedule, with a high degree of accuracy, strong communication, and minimal operational disruption, while building long-term trusted relationships with investment manager clients. * Look at existing processes and ask whether AI and automation could do them better YOU HAVE: * 2–5 years of experience in fund accounting * Basic understanding of accounting principles including debits, credits, and double-entry bookkeeping * Strong attention to detail and ability to work with financial data accurately * Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English * Comfort learning and working with accounting software and financial systems * Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely during required business hours * Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, especially Excel/Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, vlookups) * Experience with accounting software, ERP systems, or fund administration platforms (a plus, not required) * Background in fund accounting, investment accounting, or financial services (a plus, not required) * Knowledge of partnership accounting or investment fund structures (a plus, not required) * An instinct to question existing processes and use AI and automation to build better ones WORK ARRANGEMENT: This is a full-time remote position based in the Philippines. Overlap with US business hours is required for team collaboration, period-end closes, and cross-functional coordination.
