RESPONSIBILITIES * Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns. * Coordinate GTM launches across multiple functions. * Manage campaign timelines and execution. * Work closely with Community, Product, CRM, Paid and regional teams. * Localize global campaigns for the local market. * Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations. * Ensure consistent execution quality across all initiatives. REQUIREMENTS *  3–5 years in Growth or Integrated Marketing. * Strong project management skills. * Data-driven mindset. * Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns. * Excellent stakeholder management and execution skills. * Native Russian and strong English communication skills.
