The role: As the GTM Recruiter, you'll be responsible to scale our go-to-market (GTM) organization, with a primary focus on working closely with Sales Leadership and the broader Recruiting team to build and hire high-performing sales team members. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting functions, from top-of-funnel sourcing through offer and close, while managing multiple searches in parallel across several offices. Responsibilities: * Proactively source Account Executives, Sales Managers, and Channel Managers to build and maintain strong hiring pipelines * Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and closing * Manage multiple GTM roles simultaneously in a fast-moving, high-growth environment * Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and hiring timelines * Manage and maintain accurate candidate data and workflows within the ATS * Support hiring across multiple locations, including the San Francisco Bay Area, Utah, Arizona, and New York * Continuously improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and pipeline health Skills and qualifications: * Comfortable operating in a high-paced environment with clear performance expectations * Proven ability to close at least two hires per month consistently * Comfortable carrying and delivering against a quarterly hiring quota * Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills * Prior experience recruiting GTM roles (Sales, Channel, Customer-facing teams) is a plus What we offer: * Competitive compensation package ($100,000 – $140,000, which includes base salary + variable compensation with uncapped commission) * 100% Employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and base life insurance * Flexible paid time off and 10 paid holidays * 401(k) with both Traditional and Roth options * Early-stage equity in a rapidly growing company * Referral bonuses * Daily team breakfast and dinner, and regular team off-sites * Free onsite EV charging * The latest Apple products and unlimited tech stack (Claude Cowork, Perplexity Computer, Nooks, Clay, Instantly, etc.) We're on a mission to transform a $50B+ legacy industry by bringing the power of cutting-edge multimodal LLMs and computer vision to real-world security and operations.
