An HR Generalist is responsible for supporting employees throughout their entire employment journey. They help create a positive workplace by managing onboarding, employee relations, HR policies, and day-to-day HR operations. They also ensure company policies are followed, maintain employee records, and assist managers with various HR-related matters. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills while handling confidential information with professionalism. What You'll Do * Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding * Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date * Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements * Coordinate employee benefits, leave requests, and attendance records * Assist with employee relations by addressing HR-related questions and concerns * Support performance management, disciplinary processes, and employee engagement initiatives * Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires * Generate HR reports and assist with special HR projects as needed What We're Looking For * 1+ year of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role (required) * Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and employment practices * Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace * Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills * Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Work Setup * Full-time, Monday–Friday, night shift * Must have a computer with a webcam and a smartphone Anywhere Talent is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
