The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years prior experience in Human Resources, with a thorough understanding of HR policy and procedures, including current labor laws and technical recruiting. We are seeking someone who connects with people, is organized and has a detail-oriented mindset. Looking for successful experience with recruitment of technical mid/senior/executive level candidates - including programmers, data scientists, data analysts.       KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Source, screen and interview candidates to identify the best fit for various technical and non-technical roles. * Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to adjust recruitment strategies accordingly. * Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process. * Handle employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to resolve issues effectively. * Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. * Understanding, assisting and maintaining compliance of legal component of HR (labor laws compliance, sponsorship/immigration, FMLA, Paid Leave, Background checks, Title VII, audits prep, unemployment, terminations) * Contribute to HR Projects and initiatives as needed. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus). * Proven experience as a recruiter and HR generalist in a tech or similar industry. * Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency with HRIS software and applicant tracking systems. * Highly organized with attention to detail.   We are proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being and financial security of our employees.
