With colleagues from over 70 nationalities, we combine diverse perspectives with a shared ambition to learn, grow, and create lasting impact, together.  Ready to awaken your best with us?  WHAT YOU'LL DO: * Source, evaluate, and negotiate partnerships with creators — from nano to macro — based on audience fit and performance potential. * Manage budgets, contracts, and agency relationships, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within commercial terms. * Partner with Creative and Legal to align briefs, messaging, and compliance requirements across all activations. * Track and analyse campaign performance, extract actionable insights, and feed learnings back into the influencer strategy to continuously improve results. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: * You are fluent in both English and German. * You have completed a relevant degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in business, communication, marketing, or a similar field. * You bring at least three years of proven experience in influencer marketing. * You have a deep understanding of German social media platforms and audience behaviors. * You're driven and passionate about making an impact, with a data-driven, analytical mindset. * You work independently, taking initiative and managing projects with a structured, self-reliant approach. * You communicate with confidence and are committed to continuous personal and professional growth.
