This is a replacement role on our global Commercial team, and your impact will be felt immediately. THE IMPACT YOU WILL HAVE You will join our global Commercial team and champion uncovering and developing new customer relationships across the APAC region. As an Inside Sales Representative you will become an expert in Elliptic’s value proposition, helping prospective customers navigate and enter the cryptocurrency market using your knowledge of our products, and the compliance and regulatory environments they operate in. You will manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying leads, negotiating terms, developing custom proposals and closing business to deliver profitable revenue growth and exceed your targets. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Develop net new business and cross-sell opportunities * Build out a strategic market penetration plan, prospect, and manage the full sales cycle * Proactively contact prospects to identify and qualify sales opportunities * Prospect and generate high quality leads across APAC * Develop custom proposals based on customer requirements * Conduct presentations and product demonstrations * Negotiate terms and close business * Meet and exceed quarterly and annual quota WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE IN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS * Build a qualified pipeline of net new opportunities across your target segments * Develop and execute a structured outbound prospecting strategy * Take ownership of inbound SMB leads, allowing enterprise reps to focus on higher-value deals * Close your first deals and demonstrate early quota attainment * Establish strong relationships with key internal stakeholders across product, marketing and customer success YOU WILL BE A GREAT FIT HERE IF YOU * Understand the customer’s business model and how digital assets fit into their strategy * Can analyse data to identify market trends and opportunities in the cryptocurrency and compliance space * Can evaluate customer needs and preferences to ensure proposals address client requirements * Have a collaborative mindset and address problems immediately, working across functions * Enjoy working with pace and energy, building team spirit and cultivating commitment * Understand complex B2B sales methodologies * Are a self-starter, adaptable, and comfortable with changing priorities * Demonstrate AI fluency — you actively use AI tools to improve research, outreach, and sales workflows OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS * 3+ years of experience in the SaaS industry * Strong outbound prospecting skills with a track record of generating net new business and pipeline * Demonstrated track record of quota over-achievement * A strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable creating value in a low-structure environment * A baseline understanding of digital assets and the crypto economy * Proven ability to apply AI tools such as Claude, in day-to-day sales activities (e.g. prospect research, personalised outreach, call prep) * Fluent in English BONUS POINTS FOR * Intimate understanding of AML/KYC and Forensics, either in crypto or traditional financial environments * Experience selling SaaS solutions to crypto-native financial services businesses * Fluency in other APAC specific languages, e.g. Bahasa, Malay etc We welcome and embrace individuals of all backgrounds and identities at Elliptic.
