JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Branch Manager.  The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of AECC branch, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.  As Junior Branch Manager, you will primarily work closely and assist Manager in managerial tasks in dedicated branch. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Branch Operations: Manage and supervise daily branch activities and ensuring a smooth working environment in daily basis. * Staff Management: Lead and motivate team members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Ensure proper staffing levels and manage scheduling. * Customer Service: Foster a customer-centric environment by ensuring high-quality service delivery, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and maintaining customer satisfaction. * Sales and Business Development: Collaborate with the marketing team and Business Development Specialist to meet or exceed branch sales targets. Identify opportunities for business growth and actively participate in local marketing initiatives. * Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Implement and enforce security and safety measures within the branch. * Financial Management: Monitor and manage branch budgets, expenses, and financial reports.
