We're looking for a Junior Client Success Manager to join our Client Success team in Tel Aviv. What You’ll Do: * Build and maintain a strong relationship with the advertisers on a day-to-day aspect as well as providing strategic planning for their growth * Manage campaigns, analyze, and optimize performance to meet ROI goals * Analyze data from multiple platforms for decision making * Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with Publisher Relations, Sales, Business Development, Technical Operations, Finance, and Product to drive shared goals. * Build tailored strategies for each client in order to maximize their monthly budgets * Identify and drive new business opportunities, expanding and deepening both new and existing advertising relationships - bringing a sales-oriented mindset to every client interaction What will I bring? * Strong communication skills * Strong track record of completing a large volume of tasks, on time and on target * Strong attention to detail when dealing with large amounts of data * Fluent English - reading, writing & speaking - Must * Strong analytical mindset -comfortable working with big data and Excel to draw meaningful conclusions – Must * Strong team player with a can-do attitude - able to collaborate effectively, take initiative, and motivate those around you to deliver results - Must * High motivation and dedication with a proactive approach * Ability to meet targets and deadlines – goal oriented Here at Taptica, we like to think outside the box, so if you don’t tick every one of these- don’t worry!
