The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver and pick up dry, chill, and frozen freight to various customers across the island of Oahu. We provide a great work environment and benefits! Responsibilities * Handle deliveries and pickups on Oahu, HI. * Plan daily routes and follow the delivery schedules. * Complete a daily truck log and submit reports of mileage. * Observe and report equipment or mechanical failures immediately. * Manage routes and routines. * Find ways to conserve resources, including fuel, to benefit the business. * Serve as a brand advocate and ambassador in every interaction with clients and the public. * Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle at the end of the shift and report any problems or damage to management. * Other duties may be assigned Education and Experience * High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred. * Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience. * Minimum 21 years of age. * Must have less than 3 minor moving violations, and no major moving violations. * Valid Hawaii Class B license. * (HME) Hazmat Endorsement preferred but not required * Hazmat Endorsement Preferred * Clean Motor Vehicle Report, (showing 10-year driving history) within 30 days of presentation. * May need to be required to obtain military clearance. * Experience with refrigerated & frozen products, preferred. * Pallet jack and hand truck experience required. * Forklift (sit down or stand up) experience is a plus.
