We are looking for a fixed-term Legal Administrator to support within our Auckland Litigation team, covering for approximately 12 months. This role will keep you busy with a varied and interesting workload while working within a social and supportive environment. Experience in a legal environment would be beneficial but is not essential. We would love to receive applications from candidates with a strong professional services administrative or PA background.   The role will include: * Providing proactive and professional support including calendar, email and meeting management * Administering the onboarding of new clients and opening of matters inc supporting the AML process * Leading the billing, matter management, client reporting and debtor management processes. * Producing legal and correspondence documents to a high standard within specified time-frames * Facilitating Chapman Tripp's client relationships and business development through the use of InterAction, Aderant and other tools/systems * Working collaboratively within the team and across Chapman Tripp   You will bring: * Previous experience in a legal support or PA/Admin support role * Strong client service focus * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Organisation and time-management skills * IT savvy and adaptable nature * Pro-active forward-thinking approach What we offer: * Supportive leadership and team * Inclusive and welcoming culture * Ongoing learning and development * Great perks and benefits We are a collaborative workplace of smart, passionate and hardworking people, united by a commitment to excellence.
