Based on operational needs, the position may transition to a 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM rotating 2-2-3 schedule: two days on, two days off, three days on, followed by two days off, two days on, and three days off. This would include every other weekend, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.   job purpose:  The Maintenance Technical Supervisor provides frontline maintenance leadership for an assigned 12-hour shift within a 24/7 fairlife manufacturing operation. This role leads technicians, coordinates shift maintenance activities, supports safe and reliable equipment performance, and ensures strong communication between shifts and cross-functional partners.
