You will lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality ABM, display, video, and programmatic campaigns across global markets while partnering with Client Success, Sales, Media Planning, Analytics, and Engineering. WHAT WILL YOU OWN * Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Campaign Operations team. * Own end-to-end execution of ABM and digital advertising campaigns. * Ensure campaigns meet KPIs, SLAs, pacing, and client expectations. * Monitor campaign health and resolve delivery issues through root cause analysis. * Drive process improvements, automation, and operational excellence. * Provide technical leadership on AdTech platforms and campaign implementation. * Manage hiring, coaching, capacity planning, and performance management. * Prepare operational dashboards and leadership reports. * Stay current with AdTech trends, privacy regulations, and best practices. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * 12+ years in AdTech/Digital Campaign Operations with 6+ years leading teams. * Experience managing display, video, programmatic, and ABM campaigns. * Hands-on expertise with DSPs, SSPs, campaign trafficking, ad serving, audience targeting, pixel implementation, creative QA, and optimization. * Experience with The Trade Desk, DV360, Xandr, Beeswax, StackAdapt, CM360, or similar platforms. * Knowledge of HTML5 creatives, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, HubSpot, and attribution. * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. * Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
