We’re looking for a Manager in Training to join our Flagship Bondi Junction store! Why this role is a game changer As a Bailey Nelson Manager in Training (MIT), you won’t just support the store, you’ll help run it. You’ll play a key role in delivering seamless, joy-filled customer experiences, from clinic to frame styling to final dispense. This is more than a job, it’s your pathway to running your own store. What we’re looking for * Retail, Hospitality, or Optical Leadership Experience: Proven experience at a supervisor or management level within a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or customer-centric environment You know how to lead from the front, manage shifts, and keep a team motivated * Values-Driven & Grounded: Someone who aligns perfectly with our culture and values - down to earth, tight knit and constantly striving to improve * Commercial Acumen & Sales Drive: Proven experience at a supervisor or store management level, with a track record of smashing sales budgets and driving retail KPIs (Multipairs, ATV, Conversion) * Exceptional Customer Service Skills: A passion for delivering world-class optical experiences, mastering the customer journey, and prioritising the customer above all else * Natural Leadership & Accountability: Experience running daily store operations, managing rosters, and taking full ownership of store performance.
