What you'll do: * Manages and monitors the Dispute Defense team in order to uphold our excellent client service.  * Works with our clients to help them dispute chargebacks.  * Performs collections when our customer loses a chargeback case. * Ensure all chargeback responses are submitted within industry timeframes. * Manage workload of the team. * Reporting on win percentages. * Helps the team monitor chargeback ratios and manage chargeback reduction plans. * Collaborative work with our processing partners on vision and process alignment. * Focus on evolving processes and  eliminating manual workflows. About you: * Bachelor's Degree required. * “Can-do” attitude that is always willing to go above and beyond their everyday tasks. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to excel in a collaborative, team environment. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Office Suite of tools (Gmail,  Drive, Sheets, Docs). * AI forward in automating process work flows. * Strong background and understanding of the chargeback process and industry regulations. * Experience in managing a high functioning team. * Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive innovation. Additional Information The annual salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000. The salary range for performing this role outside of the US / Austin / California may differ.  8am is committed to offering competitive, fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role.
