With colleagues from over 70 nationalities, we combine diverse perspectives with a shared ambition to learn, grow, and create lasting impact, together.  Ready to awaken your best with us?  WHAT YOU WILL DO:   * Develop and implement marketing strategies: Lead the creation and optimization of marketing strategies in marketplaces to enhance brand awareness and drive performance in the marketplace. * Performance management: Continuously monitor and manage the performance of various marketing methods and KPIs, adapting strategies as necessary to meet business goals. * Ad optimization: Oversee the performance and optimization of m * arketplace ads to ensure they effectively reach targeted audiences and yield high return on investment. * Content optimization: Lead efforts in optimizing listings with updated titles, engaging descriptions, A+ content, and visually appealing images to attract and retain customers. * Collaborative approach: Work cross-functionally with other teams to develop cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns, both internally in Emma and with the marketplaces POCs * Self-starter mentality: Thrive in a high-paced environment with a willingness to learn and adapt, taking complete ownership of your work stream without expecting micromanagement.  * Analytics: Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and strategic optimization. * Flat organizational structure: Comfortable working in a non-hierarchical organization where roles are high-impact and entail a substantial degree of ownership. * Budgment Management and Control: Manage, and optimize the internal budget and spend for the marketplaces channels, aligning with the counterparts for each marketplace.  WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: * Must have: Working with Amazon or Mercado Libre Ads or a background in selling in marketplaces. * Detail-oriented: A meticulous attention to detail in developing and implementing marketing strategies and optimizing content. * Innovative thinker: A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions to complex problems. * Growth-oriented: A desire to learn exponentially, constantly seeking opportunities for personal and professional development.
