Job Summary   The job holder will be responsible for promoting the business by selling advertising and sponsorship packages across multiple platforms.   Responsibilities * Conduct industry and market researches and develop effective sales strategies. * Maintain up to date knowledge of the competitor’s activity. * Develop strategic tactics with potential clients in the market and achieve the set sales target. * Drive revenue growth by building rapport and establishing strong relationships with prospective clients. * Bring new businesses through partnering with relevant companies to increase revenue and mobile app downloads and meet the set targets. * Come up with solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure targets are met. * Track all clients and opportunities and share weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. * Contribute to the refining of the evolution of the business by researching effective global business models.   Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or any other related field is required * Over 4 years of media sales experience in a fast-paced and highly competitive business environment in the UAE * Strong connections with advertising agencies in the UAE * Sales attitude with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills * Ability to build and cultivate strong relationships with external partners * Persistent and entrepreneurial approach  * Self-motivated, proactive and highly energetic
