What You’ll Do In this role, you will: * Engage every member interaction as a sales opportunity, uncovering financial needs through conversation and actively recommending credit union products such as loans, savings accounts, certificates, and special promotional offers. * Proactively identify sales leads through daily member interactions, referrals, outreach efforts, and account reviews; helping members access products that genuinely support their financial goals. * Use member data strategically to target and promote relevant products (for example, auto loans for members with new car purchases or mortgage options for recently relocated members). * Participate actively in marketing initiatives, supporting branch‑wide sales goals and contributing ideas that elevate member engagement and product adoption. * Service and build relationships with existing accounts, delivering exceptional member service while continuously seeking opportunities to cross‑sell relevant financial products. * Assist members with account openings, virtual branch referrals, and product setup to ensure a seamless start to their financial journey with the credit union.  * Execute teller transactions such as deposits, transfers, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash advances with accuracy, efficiency, and an eye for identifying additional member needs. * Respond to questions and concerns in person, via phone or text, or through email, using every interaction to reinforce trust and deepen member relationships.  * Support team goals, collaborate with other departments, and contribute to a high‑energy, sales‑driven environment focused on member success.
