About the role n8n is scaling fast, and our US Mid-Market Sales team is moving from a run-rate of smaller deals towards consistently landing high 5-figure and 6-figure, multi-stakeholder wins. As our second Mid-Market Sales Manager (US), you’ll work alongside an established peer to lead and grow the wider Mid-Market organisation. You’ll directly manage a team of Account Executives covering accounts with 100–2,500 employees, coaching them to identify, progress, and expand larger opportunities within their territories. Reporting to our VP Sales, you’ll partner closely with your fellow Mid-Market Sales Manager and wider go-to-market leadership to create a consistent sales motion across the segment, strengthen team performance, and contribute directly to n8n’s ARR growth.
