WHAT YOU’LL DO * Provide BCBA oversight for a limited caseload of clients * Develop and maintain individualized, assent-based treatment plans * Support and supervise Behavior Technicians through coaching and modeling * Engage families in therapy through collaborative parent training * Monitor client progress and adjust programming based on data and team input This part-time role does not include benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), or paid time off.
