Position Summary AB Facility Services is looking for a part-time evening Cleaner for a client located in Norfolk, VA. This role is responsible for cleaning indoors. Those who are interested must be available to work evenings Mon-Fri 4:30PM-8:30PM Essential Functions:  * Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities.  * Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs. * Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc. * Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities. * Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned. Responsibilities: * Vacuum all carpets wall to wall. * Remove spots from the carpet that can be removed with standard spotting. * Sweep all hard surface floors. * Clean and sanitize drinking. * Spot clean metal doorframes and door tracks. * Remove fingerprints from elevator doors. * Clean all open stairwells surfaces. * Damp mop all hard surface floors. * Clean all entrance door glass on both sides and polish frames. * Dust all ledges. * Vacuum entrance. * Polish all brass and metal. * Remove all trash collected. * Clean and deodorize trash containers. * Miscellaneous duties as assigned. Shift & Pay: * Shift: Mon-Fri 4:30PM-8:30PM * Type: Part-time position * Pay: $12.77 per hour Qualifications: * Must be 18 years of age or older. * Must meet all requirements to work legally in the U.S. * CLEAN BACKGROUND CHECK
