The mission of this role is scale the partner recruitment and partner sales. You will be responsible for a set of existing Agicap partners and recruit new partners in order to enable the next growth stage of Agicap in Germany, Austria & Switzerland. This is a great role to take a step into Partner Sales or expand your sales career. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: * Graduate in Business Administration (Bachelor or Master) * Fluent in German & English in a business setting * 1-2 years of experience in a sales or related role * Well-founded experience in sales of a SaaS product * You are independent, confident, and creative in finding new strategic sales channels and revenue opportunities. * You have a hands-on mentality; ambitious goals motivate you to find creative and targeted approaches. * You have strong communication skills that help you convince others and win them over to your projects.
