Schedule Details  * Location: On-Site (Laguna Hills, CA) * Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM (Hours may vary depending on business needs) Duties and Responsibilities * Collect basic patient information as instructed. * Help schedule medication deliveries and refills. * Update and maintain delivery schedules. * Answer patient phone calls and direct questions to the appropriate team member. * Provide basic information about medication deliveries and supplies. * Help collect required forms and signatures. * Assist with entering medication and supply orders under supervision. * Communicate with pharmacy and nursing teams to support timely deliveries. * Report patient concerns or issues to a supervisor or clinical team members.  Required Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous customer service or administrative experience in a healthcare, pharmacy, or medical office setting. * Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. * Ability to follow company policies and safety guidelines. * Experienced with scheduling software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems. * Typing speed of at least 45 wpm.
