Child & Family Development is seeking a full-time Patient Services Coordinator to join our growing pediatric therapy and testing practice serving families throughout the Charlotte area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized in a fast-paced environment, and providing excellent customer service. You will be the first point of contact for many families and play an important role in creating a positive experience for children receiving therapy and testing services. What We're Looking For * Strong customer service and communication skills * Ability to multitask in a busy healthcare environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative * Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team * Flexibility and adaptability to new ways of doing things Preferred Qualifications * Medical office experience preferred * Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred * Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or patient registration preferred At Child & Family Development, you'll be part of a team dedicated to helping children reach their full potential while building a rewarding career of your own.
