Qualifications: * Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Oregon. * DEA certification and BLS required. * One-year professional Advanced Practitioner experience in a clinic setting. * Demonstrated commitment to underserved populations and team-based care. * Strong interpersonal, communication, mentoring, and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Has knowledge and skills to provide services within scope of practice which may include the following age specific groups: * Neonates (birth to 1 year) * Children (1 year to 12 years) Join us at Aviva Health and be part of a team that strives to make a difference in the lives of our patients!
