With our solid-state lidar technologies, encompassing FMCW and MEMS-based long-range lidar and flash-based short-range lidar, integrated with our onboard perception software, MicroVision possesses the expertise to deliver safe mobility at the speed of life.     Summary:     As a key member of MicroVision's People Operations team, you will work closely with employees and managers to meet and exceed the needs of the business.  This is an integral role on the People Operations team, responsible for supporting the employee life cycle through HR administration, benefits, engagement and system management. We are in search of a true generalist, who can leverage their experience across all facets of People Operations to support the day-to-day functions.    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:   * Partner with employees and managers to deliver a high-level of customer service;
