Responsibilities * Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business goals and company growth plans * Lead HR Operations, HR Administration, and Office Administration functions * Oversee the full employee lifecycle: workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, development, engagement, retention, and offboarding * Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, team scaling, and talent management * Advise managers and employees on people-related matters, employee relations, and performance management * Drive employee engagement, company culture, and employer branding initiatives * Manage HR budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation * Ensure compliance with Cyprus labor legislation and internal policies * Monitor HR metrics, reporting, and process optimization to support business decisions * Oversee HR systems, employee data management, and process automation Requirements * 5+ years of HR leadership experience, including HR Operations * Proven experience developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives * Strong knowledge of Cyprus labor law and HR compliance practices * Experience managing HR budgets * Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and people management skills * Experience with HR policies, processes, KPIs, OKRs, and HR analytics * Hands-on experience with HRM, ATS, CRM, and other HR systems * Knowledge of relocation, work permits, and immigration processes * Upper-Intermediate English * Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills Will be a plus * Experience supporting international teams and multi-country HR operations We offer * 21 paid vacation days per year * 10 paid sick leave days per year * Public holidays according to the Cyprus Public holiday list * Medical insurance * Professional education budget * Language learning budget * Wellness budget (gym membership, sports gear and related expenses) * Relocation support
