You would be self-motivated and can collaborate well with a team. Working a compressed work week with alternating Fridays off, come experience what work life balance is all about!  BENEFITS: * Two Annual Bonus Plans * Comprehensive Benefits Plan * Retirement Package * Health Lifestyle Account * Relocation Assistance IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies   Maintain job plans, task lists, work packages and maintenance strategies in the CMMS   Manage work backlogs for accuracy, while considering requirements related to parts, labour, permits, drawings, facilities, support equipment, special equipment, tooling, and instructions  Maintain an accurate forecast that adheres to established maintenance strategies  Assist with monthly cost forecasting, annual budgeting, and cost analysis  Work regularly with maintainers to build or improve detailed work packages  Track and report Key Performance Indicators, bringing forward continuous improvement opportunities   Commission and decommission equipment and manage their maintenance programs    REQUIREMENTS:  Journeyperson’s ticket, Degree, or Diploma in a related subject area, or a combination of relevant education and experience in mining or heavy industry  Experience in a mobile maintenance environment or other relevant field   Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite®, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel  Familiarity with the maintenance processes and other system software is an asse  Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent  Salary: $123,000 - $145,000 / year The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.   To all applicants, your interest and effort are sincerely appreciated.
